This race must be completed within the required pacing set in the official race rules (see table below).
Participants taking part in the 5K, 10K and Half Marathon must be able to maintain a pace of 16 minutes per mile, therefore a training pace of 15 minutes per mile is recommended. Runners unable to maintain the pace may be picked up at any point along the course and taken to the finish line area.
