Supporters' Events
During the year, supporters of Tŷ Hafan are holding events and fundraising activities all over Wales. We have listed a few here - although there are hundreds more! If you would like your event to be put into our listings, please contact gaynor@tyhafan.org or helen@tyhafan.org at our Head Office.
Welcome Home Iwan!
A big thank you goes to Iwan Williams from Llandysul in Ceredigion who has just returned home from participating in the New York Marathon finishing in a fantastic 4 hrs and 27 mins.
Iwan has raised over £1000 through JustGiving.com and over £700 offline. If you would like to support Iwan's efforts even further then please check out his just giving site to make a donation.

Thank you Jessica!
Jessica Greenhalgh has raised a staggering £1690.56 by doing a sponsored head shave! Jessica donated her lovely long hair to the charity, Locks of Love, who make hair pieces for children who have lost their hair. Jessica obviously gave a lot of thought to helping children by her fundraising efforts.

"It'll be fine at Christmas time" by SaidMike, is being released through London Label Xtra Mile Recordings and SaidMike will be donating the profits from the single to Tŷ Hafan Children's Hospice.

Boxing Day Fun Run
On Boxing Day the Porthcawl Lions are holding a Fun Run in aid of Tŷ Hafan. We send all the runners our best wishes! Good luck.
David Alexander supports Tŷ Hafan
David travels all over Wales giving talks on various subjects to WI's, Probus Groups etc. David supports Tŷ Hafan by donating a percentage of his fee. For more information email David at david@perfectmotion.tv
Sully Friends of Tŷ Hafan Annual Dinner Dance - Friday 27th March 2009
Sully Friends will be holding their annual Dinner Dance at the Masonic Hall, Penarth. Tickets will cost £25 (TBC).
There will be more information on this event nearer the date.
Support our London 2009 Marathon Runners
Tŷ Hafan has just 5 Gold Bond places for the London Marathon on 26th April 2009. Our Gold Bond runners have to commit to raise a minimum of £1500 for Tŷ Hafan. Our runners are:

TWM 400 Challenge - The Robin Hood of Wales -16th May 2009
Tregaron Walking Club are organising the TWM 400 Challenge raising funds for Tŷ Hafan as well as raising the profile of Twm Sion Cati, the Robin Hood of Wales.

Cameron's story
My grandson Cameron spent a lot of time at Tŷ Hafan. Cameron loved Tŷ Hafan very much, I think they loved him too!!
