How a family benefits
Tŷ Hafan offers specialist palliative care tailored to the needs of life-limited children, young people and their families, and is free of charge to those in Wales who needs us.
We have helped over 400 families since 1999. Not only have we provided comfort, care and support for their life-limited child, but we have helped the whole family through the pressure, stress, hurdles and grief they face on a regular basis. We are able to provide this by addressing the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each member of the family.
