How we spend your money 

It costs millions of pounds each year for Tŷ Hafan to provide the one-to-one care and outreach services to life-limited children, young people and their families. 

Tŷ Hafan is committed to being more than a hospice and the care and support we provide reaches right into the heart of the family home extending to the mums, dads and siblings.

To illustrate some of the ways your money is spent

• To keep the hospice warm and cosy it costs £10 for our daily water supply and £25 a day for our gas supply!
• £50 a day keeps all things electrical powered at the hospice, like the hoists
• £105 a day keeps the hospice clean and germ free!
• £850 a week keeps all the tummies fed at the hospice
• Over £2,500 per month pays for some ofthe important therapies that the children receive including music and physio
• Our lotions, potions and disposables cost £46,000 a year!
