Meet the team

Our team at the hospice is a specialised team of people who are able to provide the best care that our children require and deserve. Overall responsibility for the hospice is held by Director of Care, Jayne Saunders. The Care Team is by far the largest team at the hospice, providing one-to-one child centred, holistic care. It is made up of nurses qualified in the fields of child, adult, learning disability and mental health, and carers with qualifications in child and social care. Between them they bring a wealth of experience and skills that means that the child's stay at Tŷ Hafan will be relaxing, caring, safe and enjoyable. The Care Team is managed by Assistant Director of Care, Beth Morgan. You can find out more about what they do in our day in the life of section.

Our chefs also provide nutritious food that can cater for individual needs.

We mustn't forget our band of volunteers who provide their expertise and skills around the hospice and in the garden. All the team at Tŷ Hafan have one goal: to ensure that the children and families receive the best care possible.
