Jane joined the Tŷ Hafan Board in 2011.

Jane’s passion for helping people and organisations realise their potential is exemplified by more than two decades in senior leadership roles in the private and third sectors where she established a track record of driving growth and excellence.
 
Jane began her working life in journalism before moving into marketing and communications with a global, multi-million pound children’s charity. She was appointed Chief Executive of the organisation in Australia and went on to hold regional management responsibility for operations spanning from Afghanistan to East Timor,

With first hand experience of the challenges facing complex, non-profit organisations, Jane’s specific expertise is in people and change management, strategy, business development and communications.

Holding an MBA and qualified as an advanced executive coach, Jane now works with a range of clients delivering one-to-one and team coaching, and as a consultant strengthening people development and leadership.

Jane is married with two children who inspire and challenge her every day and lives in Swansea where she also serves as a school governor.
