Kath started her career in the private sector working for a stockbroker organisation before training as an accountant with Gwent County Council. She has excellent finance and governance skills as well as considerable experience in change management and leadership. Kath was Programme Director leading the merger of the Welsh Development Agency and has since worked in economic development specialising in business improvement.
She currently works for Hafod Housing Association as Executive Director of Place, Policy and Stakeholder Engagement. As well as delivering Hafod’s investment and growth agenda, she believes working in partnership will deliver greater results for the people of Wales particularly taking forward integrated services for housing, health and social care.
Kath graduated from Cardiff University and has two children, a dog and a cat and lives in Beddau.
