Mervyn Ham

Chairman - Tŷ Hafan

Born in Whitley Bay and moved to Cardiff as a child. Started work with the National Coal Board in South Wales at 18 and qualified as a Certified Accountant.

Since 1990 Mervyn has owned several engineering businesses all of which he bought from retiring owners. His current interests operate in aerospace and semiconductor markets in South Wales and the West of England.

An experienced advisor and non-executive director within the SME sector, Mervyn has specialised in developing management teams and preparing businesses for growth, and is well known within the South Wales business community.

Mervyn is married with two grown up children and two grandchildren.
