She’s been voted the country’s most attractive woman, but Miss Wales 2016 proved she’s also beautiful on the inside during a visit to Tŷ Hafan this week.
Ffion Moyle, 23, a health and beauty consultant from Carmarthen, spent a day with children at the hospice.
She also donated an impressive £8,000 to the charity as part of her bid to be crowned Miss World 2016.
During the arts and crafts session, Ffion helped make decorations using glitter and paint in the hospice play room. She then enjoyed a cuppa with staff and chatted to them and some of the children about how the hospice helps families.
Ffion was introduced to the charity by a Tŷ Hafan ambassador.
“I won the Miss Wales title in April and attended a film premiere in Llanelli soon after, where I met one of your ambassadors, Lindsay Doyle, who introduced me to the charity and asked if I wanted to be involved in the charity,” she said.
“I visited Tŷ Hafan, saw the facilities and found out more about what they do. It’s really touched my heart and now Tŷ Hafan is one of the three charities I support.
“Today I’ve done some arts and crafts with the children – I was really excited about meeting them and we’ve had so much fun.”
