We’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part in our 2016 Rainbow Runs! Over 5000 participants joined us over the four runs helping raise vital funds for life-limited children and young people in Wales.

We are taking our Rainbow Run to some brand new locations in 2017 and would love to see you there.

Registration for the 2017 runs open in early January – Help us spread the colour even further across Wales! See you there!

entry fees

£12 per person or £9 per person for a group or family of 5 or more (Family group must have at least 2 adults)

To take part we ask each participant to aim to raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship or make an equivalent donation upon registration. Under 16’s please aim to raise £20 in sponsorship.

Please note that your entry fee only helps to cover our event costs. By raising sponsorship or donating to Tŷ Hafan you will be helping to provide care and support for life-limited children, young people and their families helping them make the most of the time they have left together.

age limits

The event is open to all ages from 5 years upwards – under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult


getting there

Registration will be open from 11:30am, please do get to the event village early as lots of people will be registering on the day (but don’t arrive before 11:30am as the tents won’t open until then). You will need to register by collecting your runner number. The run will start at 1.30pm.

parking and travel information

The Rainbow Run Pendine Event Village is near the slipway by Pendine Beach, Carmarthenshire, SA33 4NY. Pendine Town Council will be running the car parking and this will be located on the beach – please follow signs – there will be a nominal parking charge, which will retained by the Town Council in return for their support in delivering this event.
