Tŷ Hafan is a total approach to care, helping you and your child when and wherever you need us. Many of our services are available in your own home and in your community.

Our support isn’t just centred on managing the physical realities of your child’s condition. We recognise that caring for a child with a life-limiting condition can affect all aspects of family life.

You may be realising you haven't spent time with your family and friends recently, or that your work life is suffering. You may have noticed you are turning into a carer rather than a parent. Perhaps your time is dominated by hospital visits and professionals visiting your home. We can help you experience the joys of parenthood again and offer you a helping hand.

Throughout your journey from diagnosis, we’re here for you and your child with our care and expertise every step of the way. We'll be there for you for as long as you need us.

These services are completely free of charge to you and your family, and all those families in Wales that need us.
