Sponsorship money

Okay. You've taken part in an event, had bags of fun and raised lots of money. But your hard work is not over just yet. We need you to round up your sponsorship money, complete the sponsor form and send it along with a cheque to the address below.

But wait! Before you proudly pack your sponsor form into an envelope, you need to ensure the following information is on your sponsor form:

1. Your name, and if applicable, your race number (or equivalent) is written in the space provided on the sponsor form. Please write this information on any other correspondence you send us in relation to your sponsorship money.

2. Gift Aid it! When you're collecting your sponsorship, ask each person to tick the Gift Aid box (if eligible). Please ensure each person supplies their home address, not their work address. By doing this we'll receive an extra 25p from every £1 you raise.
3. If you are sending in sponsorship money in a group, please make a note on the form where the money should be allocated so that we can keep everyone's records up to date. This should also reduce the amount of emails/letters you receive from us chasing up sponsorship in the next few months.
