Tim Jenkins

Board Member

Tim joined the Tŷ Hafan Board in 2011. He is married and is a grandfather.

Tim was born in Preston, but moved to Pembrokeshire when he was a year old and has lived in South Wales since then. He trained and qualified in the Welsh National School of Medicine in 1969. He has worked both as a General Practitioner and also for the Local Mental Health Service, having a particular interest in Community Care until he retired in 2009. He was involved with the training of Medical Students and Junior Doctors and also served on a number of committees including The Velindre Hospital Medical Ethics Committee as the GP representative.
