Working with Professionals

Working in partnership with you, we can offer a child with a life-limiting condition the finest specialist palliative care and support available, improving the quality of life for their whole family.

We’ll step in as early as necessary, offering you advice on some effective ways to discuss Tŷ Hafan with families, so that they feel positive about the help we can offer. Also if needed, giving guidance on talking to families about the implications of a condition. We will work alongside you to provide a multidisciplinary service, updating you on our involvement with the child and their family.

Through our experiences, we understand how difficult it can be to discuss end of life decisions with families. We can guide you and them through the legal, ethical and practical and emotional aspects of death with our specialist end of life advice and support.
