Due to the current pandemic and our focus on keeping our supporters safe we have been unable to host our Tŷ Hafan events which has resulted in a loss of vital funds for the charity. We are incredibly thankful for the support we have received over the past 18 months and we’re very excited to put on our first public facing event for you. We hope you can join us for an evening of celebration and festive cheer.
To ensure the safety of all attendees, we have reduced capacity as we will be allowing for space to be left between each group of guests. Please make sure that you book your tickets together to avoid being separated. If you need to add a ticket to your booking, please contact the events fundraiser at firstname.lastname@example.org .We cannot guarantee that your party will be sat together if tickets are booked separately.
To adhere to the Church of Wales restrictions, you will be required to wear a face covering throughout the duration of the event unless you are exempt.
Please be aware that we may require you to show your Covid-19 pass or proof of a negative lateral flow test taken that morning. This will be dependent on the Welsh Government Guidelines at the time of the event.
If you require space for a wheelchair, guide dog or have any other accessibility requirements, please let us know when booking your tickets by emailing email@example.com . You will receive a phone call from our events fundraiser to confirm your requirements.
