Tŷ Hafan Christmas Raffle 2023 Terms and Conditions

Restrictions: Entry is only open to residents of Great Britain. Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 18 years of age. If anyone is found to be under 18 they will automatically forfeit their right to a prize. The raffle is not open to employees of Tŷ Hafan or its subsidiaries.

Prizes: The 1st prize is £3,000 cash or a holiday to Seville up to the value of £3,000. The 2nd prize is £500 cash. The 3rd prizes are 10 x £50 M&S gift cards.

Fast draw: Replies received by 8 October 2023 will be entered into an extra draw to win £500.

Prizes shown are for illustrative purposes only.

Draw date:  Entry closes on 11 December; the draw takes place on 21 December 2023.

Notification of winners: Winners will be notified by telephone and a list of winners will be available on our website www.tyhafan.org/raffle. Alternatively, you can send a stamped addressed envelope to: Tŷ Hafan Raffle 2023, Head Office, Hayes Road, Sully CF64 5XX.

Whilst every effort will be made to contact winners, if we are unable to make contact within 90 days of the draw, excess prize funds will be used to fund Tŷ Hafan’s work.

Winners will be asked if they are prepared to provide a photograph or to be photographed, and provide a quote about winning a prize to help Tŷ Hafan to promote future fundraising draws. However, there is no obligation to do so.

Late entries:  Any money received after the draw close date will be treated as a donation to help fund our work – thank you.

Between April 2019 and March 2020, an average of 57p in every £1 went directly to the societies as profit. 8p was used to fund prizes. 35p covered the cost of recruiting new players and running the Lottery and raffles.
