Palliative care for children and young people in Wales: Meeting Future Needs
This report presents Phase Two of work commissioned by the Ty Hafan Board. It presents an assessment of the current state of paediatric palliative care services in Wales and an opinion on where further actions need to be taken to ensure continuing improvement. Although commissioned by Ty Hafan, it is written for a wide range of professionals, commissioners, planners and others who share the responsibility for meeting the health and other needs of children and young people in Wales.

The Fradd Report
In August 2011, Tŷ Hafan engaged the services of Dame Elizabeth Fradd, a highly respected paediatric nurse, to carry out a review of the care services provided to the life-limited children and families supported by Tŷ Hafan.
