Leaving a Gift in a Will to a charity is totally free of Inheritance Tax and an amazing way for your generosity to last. We can make arranging a charitable gift easy and flexible.

You have a variety of ways in which gifts can be bequeathed to your family and your favourite charity.

Residuary Legacy - this is the remainder of your Estate after all other bequests have been met and any expenses incurred have been deducted

Pecuniary Legacy - a gift of a specific sum of money to Tŷ Hafan

Specific Legacy - this is defined as a specific gift such as property, jewellery, shares or a car

Contingent Legacy - a gift that is dependent upon the occurrence of an event which may or may not happen. For example, a gift to a charity which applies only if other beneficiaries named in a Will die before the individual dies
