Setting up an online memorial page is a lovely way to remember someone special and raise money to support our life-changing services.
Once you create your space, family and friends can give a gift to Tŷ Hafan, leave messages, share memories, add photos and organise events in memory of a loved one.
If you’d like to ask people attending a funeral or memorial service to give a gift to Tŷ Hafan, maybe instead of flowers, we are here to help you.
We can answer any questions you may have about doing this, provide you with sealable envelopes for gifts, and send you information about Tŷ Hafan to include in an order of service or something similar.

We have a selection of virtual gifts you can buy in memory of a loved one. These include the gift of specialist sensory toys and the gift of a nurse for 24 hours.
These gifts are available as a digital download or a physical item. You can also personalise your gift with the name of a loved one who has died, your name, or the name of someone you’d like to send the gift to.
You can order a personalised wooden heart-shaped plaque for a suggested donation of £20. On the plaque, you can have engraved the name of a loved one, a special message and a date that’s meaningful to you.
By commemorating your love in this way, you can help Tŷ Hafan’s children and families create precious memories they can hold onto forever.

Your gift in memory of a loved one will provide vital support to children like Cai and parents like Micaela.
Cai was diagnosed with the ultra-rare condition Vici syndrome as a child and sadly died when he was just 12. But throughout his short life, Micaela says Cai was a happy and fulfilled young boy because of the specialist support he received from Tŷ Hafan.

Our hospice is situated directly on the coast of Sully Bay. To replicate the beautiful tranquility of the location, we have created a virtual memorial beach. This is a special place where you can remember a loved one with a photo and dedication. This could be because they were cared for by Tŷ Hafan, supported our work or simply were an incredibly special person.

You can easily and safely give in memory of someone special by donating a one-off or monthly gift.
If you’d like to give a gift in memory using a debit or credit card, you can by calling our Supporter Care team on 02920 532 255 who are available 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
If the team miss your call, please leave your name and number and they’ll call you back as soon as possible.
If you’d prefer to give in memory with a cheque, please make it payable to Tŷ Hafan and post it to Tŷ Hafan Head Office, Hayes Road, Sully, CF63 5XX.
We’d really appreciate it if you could include a note with your cheque stating your name and contact details and who your gift is in memory of. We can then thank you for your kindness and generosity and let the next of kin know the total raised in their loved one’s memory (we will not share your personal details).
