All of our care salaries are competitive and our Band 5 and Band 6 Nurses receive pay 5% more than in the NHS.
Unsociable hours boost
Ranging from +25% to 60%, we offer enhanced payments when you work evenings, nights, weekends or bank holidays (Nurses and healthcare support workers only).
