Cardiff-based truck retailer, Watts Truck & Van, has some plucky employees who have kindly undertaken a fundraising challenge in support of Tŷ Hafan.
Four brave members of the Watts Trucks & Van sales team, Jo Bradley, Gareth Rees, Kris Seddon and Ben Adams, set out to do a tandem skydive on 9th September, a gloriously sunny Saturday!
The fearless foursome jumped out of a plane from 15,000 ft in the sky and, needless to say, they did brilliantly! They weren’t all able to jump in tandem, but they all completed their daunting task. The group had a fundraising target of £2,000 which they met and then exceeded, with a current total of £3,000 raised so far!
On her JustGiving page, Jo notes: “Saturday 9th September was perfect weather for skydiving. We were not all able to go up together but we did all jump. Please continue to support us as it is all for Tŷ Hafan. As a team we have now topped the £3,000 mark which is unbelievable. Thank you to each and everyone one of you.”
