Are you looking for activities to do in the school summer holidays? Then why not enter Tŷ Hafan Summer Adventure Challenge! We will give you plenty of super fun ideas for activities you can do, while also raising money for Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice.
All you need to do is complete 25 activities (or as many as you can fit in!) to celebrate 25 years of Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice. You can do these at home or on holiday, in sunshine or showers – you choose what activities you want to do, with plenty of ideas from us!
The challenge is FREE to enter. We ask that you aim to raise £25 to support Tŷ Hafan’s work with children and their families at the hospice and in the community.
In return for your fundraising you’ll receive a certificate and medal, when you reach £25 – perfect to show off in school assembly in September!

When you sign up we challenge you to complete up to 25 activities over the school summer holidays. We provide a bingo card and regular updates to give you ideas, but you can also come up with your own activities, and we would love to hear about them!
Click on the sign up buttons above to sign up. As this is an event for children, a parent or guardian will need to sign up on their behalf. If you have any questions you can contact us at events@tyhafan.org.
It is free to sign up to the challenge.
You can start the challenge as soon as you have signed up! We ask that you aim to finish it by two weeks after the end of the summer holidays, so that we can get your medals and certificates sent out to you.
Yes! We would love you to join our Facebook group for the challenge but if you don’t have Facebook you can still take part. We will keep you up to date with weekly e-newsletters.
It doesn’t matter! The main thing is that you have fun while taking part in this challenge and complete as many activities as you like.
We don’t need proof that you have taken part in activities, but we would love to hear from you about what activities you have been doing in our Facebook group!
Everyone who signs up to the challenge will receive a certificate when the challenge closes at the end of the summer holidays.
If you have raised £25 or more, you will also receive a medal, perfect to show off in school assembly!
The money you raise by taking part in a challenge for Tŷ Hafan goes towards our specialist care and support for children with life-shortening conditions and their families, in our hospice, communities and homes.
