By entering Ride to the Rugby I understand: That if I am in doubt about my health or have a medical condition that could be affected by exercise, I should obtain my doctor’s permission before participating. That I participate in this event at my own risk and that its appointed agents cannot be held liable for any injury, loss or damage cause or sustained as a result of my participation. I undertake to be bound by the instruction as stipulated during the ride and to observe the highway code. That I agree to my picture being taken for publicity purposes. That I am required to wear a cycle helmet at all times whilst cycling. That I must be 18 years of age before or on the first day of the event Routes, timings and other alterations may occur which are beyond the control of the event organisers. My event deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is actioned by the event organiser. If I am choosing to self-fund the event, I will advise donors that a proportion of funds raised will be used to cover the cost of my trip. *
