Tŷ Hafan Summer Raffle 2025 Terms and Conditions
Restrictions: Entry is open to all residents of Great Britain. Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 18 years of
age. If anyone is found to be under 18, they will automatically forfeit their right to a prize. The raffle is not open to employees of Tŷ Hafan or its subsidiaries.
Prizes: The 1st prize is £3,000 cash* or a holiday to Sri Lanka** up to the value of £3,000. The 2nd prize is £500 cash. The 3rd prizes are 10 x £50 M&S gift cards***.
If you are our lucky jackpot winner, you will be given the opportunity to choose the prize. The options will be:
a. £3,000: this will be paid by cheque. If required, a bank transfer can be arranged. Any references to ‘cash’ are intended to explain that the prize is available as funds paid directly to the winner. For security, money laundering and traceability reasons, the prize is not available as a cash
payment.
b. Holiday: The holiday can be arranged. This will be arranged by a partner agency and will require us to pass your details on to them to arrange. The value of the holiday, including all agency fees, will not exceed £3,000, as stated in the raffle pack.

Fast draw: Entries received by 15th June 2025 will be entered into an extra draw with prizes of £500 and 5 x summer picnic hampers.

Draw date: Entry closes on 13th July 2025; the draw takes place on 21st July 2025.
Notification of winners: Winners will be notified by telephone. A list of winners will be available on our website www.tyhafan.org. Alternatively you can send a stamped addressed envelope to:FREEPOST RTBS–YCZU–JZSJ, Tŷ Hafan Summer Raffle 2025, Head Office, Hayes Road, Sully CF64 5XX.
Whilst every effort will be made to contact winners, if we are unable to make contact within 90 days of the draw, excess prize funds will be used to fund Tŷ Hafan’s work.
Winners will be asked if they are prepared to provide a photograph or to be photographed, and provide a quote about winning a prize to help Tŷ Hafan to promote future fundraising draws. However, there is no obligation to do so.
Late entries: Any money received after the draw close date will be treated as a donation to help fund our work – thank you.

Tŷ Hafan is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 4753 https://registers.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/4753
Between April 2023 and March 2024, an average of 70p in every £1 went directly to the Tŷ Hafan as profit. 7p was used to fund prizes. 23p covered the cost of running the raffles.
