James Douglas, which is part of the Seraph Group, employs 60 people across South Wales and will see turnover increase to £3m following recent growth.

For the past two years, as well as donations from house sales, staff at the Newport location have undertaken various fundraising activities in-branch, along with running the Cardiff Half Marathon and braving the hot coals of a Firewalk.

The extended partnership will not only help to generate further funds but engage staff and customers across South Wales.

Douglas Haig, Managing Director at James Douglas, says: “James Douglas are proud to be supporting Tŷ Hafan for another year and extending this across our additional branches.

“Tŷ Hafan will now benefit from every sale across Cardiff, Pontypridd and Newport and I think it’s important to show that people who sell their homes with us will be giving something back to a very worthy cause and can be a part of this charity.

“Over the years we have seen how various fundraising efforts can make a huge impact on the hospice and the families and children it creates vital support for. We remain dedicated to providing this support for families and making a meaningful difference in our community.”
