Cardiff Half Marathon 2026 – Terms and Conditions
Tŷ Hafan makes a significant investment in Cardiff Half Marathon spaces to secure spaces for Tŷ Hafan supporters who commit to fundraise for the charity. Spaces are provided to Tŷ Hafan supporters at a discounted rate. In signing up to the Cardiff Half Marathon with a Tŷ Hafan charity space I accept the following terms and conditions:
- All participants taking part in this event do so at their own risk. In no event shall Tŷ Hafan Children’s Hospice be liable for any injuries, loss or damages whatsoever, including indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential losses connected with any aspect of this event.
- I will abide by the event terms and conditions set by Run 4 Wales.
- I understand that this is a physical event and it is my responsibility to ensure I am in good health and train sufficiently to take part in the event.
- I will use my best endeavours to raise a minimum of £250 sponsorship for Tŷ Hafan (excluding Gift Aid).
- I will use the Enthuse fundraising page that is automatically created when I register or inform the Events Team if I am fundraising in a different way.
- If I need to cancel my place in the event for any reason, I shall inform Tŷ Hafan as soon as possible. I will make every effort to avoid late cancellation if at all possible as I understand that in doing so the charity may lose money on the space.
- I understand that my entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Tŷ Hafan reserves the right to cancel your place within the event if you do not fundraise or engage with event communications. This may be due to the costs associated with your place in the event. Please note, before cancelling a place the Events Team will make every effort to contact you to offer support.
