This Christmas, Tŷ Hafan’s ‘Every Precious Life’ appeal aims to raise £400,000 for the care of children with life-shortening conditions and their families.

How you shout about the appeal is up to you. You can share on social media, talk to your colleagues, friends, family and neighbours, or take on fundraising challenges and activities. It really is up to you.
However you fundraise, you’ll take Tŷ Hafan a big leap closer to reaching every family in Wales who needs us through their child’s life, death and beyond.
Today thousands of families in Wales live with the unimaginable knowledge that their child is going to die, and so many do so without the support they desperately need. And that number keeps growing. The number of newborns referred to us has more than doubled since last year. We must do more.
The Every Precious Life match funding appeal will raise vital funds for these children with life-shortening conditions and their families. We’ll be sharing the stories of families we’ve walked alongside through newborn baby loss. From the heartbreaking moment they learn they must say goodbye, to making precious memories during their child’s short life.
