Currently, we support around 274 children and their families, around 50 young people and families who are transitioning to adult services, and around 120 bereaved families. Overall, since 1999, Tŷ Hafan has supported almost 1200 families at the hospice and in the community.
Not only do we provide residential stays at our hospice, we also work in partnership with health and social care professionals to provide specialist palliative care for symptom control and end-of-life care.
