All applications are submitted via our careers webpage using the ‘apply now’ button on the vacancy advert. The advert will include a job description and person specification, detailing the role and candidate requirements.
Once the vacancy has closed, all applications will be reviewed and scored using the person specification criteria. We use a technique called ‘blind shortlisting’ to ensure we do not make any assumptions or form any unconscious bias around applications.
Following shortlisting, we’ll be in touch to let you know if you have been successful or not in securing an interview. We’ll normally contact you by email.
