Next week is #ChildrensHospiceWeek and we’d love your support

Running from 20 – 26 June is Children’s Hospice Week, the one week of the year when there is a sustained focus on the work of all 54 children’s hospices throughout the UK, including Tŷ Hafan and Tŷ Gobaith in Conwy, north Wales.

Tŷ Hafan and Tŷ Gobaith are the only two children’s hospices in Wales and we work together very closely.

This year’s theme is “For The Children” because that’s why we exist, to provide care and support for children with life-shortening conditions and their families in Wales.

We’d love you to share your support for our work on your social media feeds. By doing this you will help to spread the word about who we are, what we do, why we do it and how even more people can support us.

All you need to do is save the I Support or CHW Profile graphic (or both) and share them on your social media feeds with either this message:
