Nuttall Parker Estate Agents based in Newport, have been providing property expertise for over 50 years. As part of their charity of the year partnership with Tŷ Hafan, they will be donating £50 from sales fees for every house sold over the next 12 months.
Estate agents, Nuttall Parker have partnered with Tŷ Hafan and will be donating £50 from every house they sell over the course of the next year. They hope to raise enough funds to pay for a full day of care at the hospice which is currently around £15,000.
Nuttall Parker was established in 1961 and remains independently owned with their office based in the heart of the city on Baneswell Road, Newport. They pride themselves on their local expertise and experience, which enables them to connect with the communities in which their clients work and live.
Branch Manager Lesley Woodsford-Lloyd and the team were inspired to support Tŷ Hafan after hearing about the support we provide to families at the hospice and out in the community.
‘Ty Hafan provides amazing support for over 300 children with life-limiting conditions and their families. They offer short break care giving families a much needed rest in an environment that’s comforting and familiar, a home from home. As well as providing community support in families homes not only in the Newport area but across Wales.’
‘The housing market is very busy at present. It made sense to donate from the one thing we pride ourselves on, selling homes!
By donating £50 from the sales fee of each house to Tŷ Hafan, our customers know that part of their home buying or selling journey will be helping to support a local cause and one that will benefit people in the area in which they live. We’re also fundraising as a team by doing events and can’t wait to take part in the Tŷ Hafan Firewalk!’
