Tŷ Hafan Christmas Raffle 2024 Terms and Conditions
Restrictions: Entry is only open to residents of Great Britain. Tickets are not for sale to or by anyone under 18 years of age. If anyone is found to be under 18 they will automatically forfeit their right to a prize. The raffle is not open to employees of Tŷ Hafan or its subsidiaries.
Prizes: The 1st prize is £3,000 cash* or a holiday to Sardinia** up to the value of £3,000. The 2nd prize is £500 cash. The 3rd prizes are 10 x £50 M&S gift cards***.
* All prizes will be paid by cheque or, upon request, bank transfer. Any references to ‘cash’ are intended to explain the prize is available as funds paid directly to the winner. For security, money laundering and traceability reasons, the prize is not available as a cash payment.
** If the Holiday to Sardinia is chosen, this will be arranged by a partner agency and there will be a requirement to pass on your personal details. This will be done through a secure system and will be for the purposes of arranging the holiday only. No marketing permissions will be inherited from Tŷ Hafan and this does not require you do so or any further purchase. The value of the holiday, including all agency fees, insurance and any other legal fees or fees deemed necessary by Tŷ Hafan will not exceed £3,000.

Fast draw: Entries received by 20th October 2024 will be entered into an extra draw with prizes of £500 and 5 x summer picnic hampers.

Draw date: Entry closes on 11th December 2024; the draw takes place on 21st December 2024.
Notification of winners: Winners will be notified by telephone and a list of winners will be available on our website www.tyhafan.org/raffle. Alternatively, you can send a stamped addressed envelope to: Tŷ Hafan Raffle 2024, Head Office, Hayes Road, Sully CF64 5XX.
Whilst every effort will be made to contact winners, if we are unable to make contact within 90 days of the draw, excess prize funds will be used to fund Tŷ Hafan’s work.
Winners will be asked if they are prepared to provide a photograph or to be photographed, and provide a quote about winning a prize to help Tŷ Hafan to promote future fundraising draws. However, there is no obligation to do so.
Late entries: Website entry purchases will be closed from 11th December 2024. Any money received for entries by post after the draw close date will be treated as a donation to help fund our work – thank you.

Between April 2023 and March 2024, an average of 70p in every £1 went directly to the Tŷ Hafan as profit. 7p was used to fund prizes. 23p covered the cost of running the raffles.
